Caps & Closures
Lead time for CT caps in a stock color and with a stock liner is 2 weeks or less. Large orders, custom color orders, or custom liner orders may take up to 4 weeks.
Please call for lead times on spout caps as lead time may vary due to order quantity, tipping and lining, or custom color needs.
To match you with the correct liner we will need to know what your bottle is made of, whether it is a PET/PVC, HDPE/PE, or Glass, and the size of the cap. It is also helpful to know what the product is that is being bottled such as a dry powder or an oil based liquid.
Absolutely! Our color providers can match any cap color.
Yes. Certifications are available upon request.
We will allow Prepaid & Add on UPS shipments only. All LTL or truckloads are FOB: Simpsonville, SC 29680.
We will accept a one case minimum on stock items. Orders less than 5 cases may be subject to a small order charge. On custom color or custom liner orders the minimum is 100M.
Orders of stock items can be cancelled 7 days prior to the confirmed ship date. Custom orders can not be cancelled if the custom color or liner has already been acquired.
We will allow returns of stock items. Any orders with custom colors or custom liners can not be returned unless there is a quality issue. All returns must have a return authorization number; unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
While we strive to provide quality parts, we understand that some issues may arise. Samples of the problem caps should be sent to Century for analysis. These can be sent to Century Plastics, Inc., Attn: Robert Roy, 849 Neely Ferry Road, Simpsonville, SC 29680.
Our stock liners for CT caps is F217, PS22-Printed, HSL-1-PULP, and HSL-3-PULP
CT stock colors include: White, Black, Red, Blue, Yellow, and Green.
Yes, we will provide up to 100 samples for testing purposes free of charge.
